Fitness event created and hosted for the purposes of play community- a business launched in order to combat toxic fitness culture, creating a safe space for women where fitness is fun with no pressure to perform.

The event was in collaboration with EmpowHER fitness, encouraging women to become their mental best, celebrating exercising in a way that works for you, your mental health and your body.
