Play Community App

An app concept designed for the brand launch of wellness brand play.
Research shows *65% of Gen Z feel more comfortable using community focused app as opposed to feed based apps such as Instagram/Twitter.*
Therefore due to the effects of toxic fitness culture, this app was designed to create a space for Gen Z and Millennials throughout their fitness & wellness journeys to discuss taboo topics around body image, self love and mental health.

Typography Design (Concept)




Acne Studios is a Swedish fashion brand, "creating products for the art inclined customer". Research showed there was a disconnect between Acne Studios and the consumer due to the word Acne having connotations of a skin disorder, causing a slower expansion for the brand.
The campaign proposed aims to create conversation over the topic of creative expression using #ACNEEXPRESSION tagline. Using creatives with different interests and creative expression, a campaign will be rolled out for Acne Studios to erase the disconnect between the brand and its associations, bringing the brand back to it's values.
Playful typography and a new logo was created as an asset for the campaign to merge the brands quirky aesthetic with inspiring quotes from creatives.

Advert concept for streetwear brand Black Tailor, featured in Clash Magazine.
This spread aimed to capture the brand identity of Black Tailor, using specialist design to marry the aesthetic of Clash Magazine with the brand.
